I work in two ways.
* I work one-on-one with individuals to create their unique retail and hospitality spaces, including commercial kitchens.
* I also contract to architects and designers and other industry professionals in need of a documentation-savvy interior designer.
INDIVIDUAL CLIENT SERVICES
Each project requires a slightly different approach. To ensure that I can tailor my work to your needs efficiently, it’s probably best that we have a chat on the phone or meet and discuss what you would like to achieve. Even if you are not sure exactly what you want to do, the right questions will soon help clarify where you want to go.
We offer the full range of interior design services to our clients, from simple colour consulting to detailed drawings for leasing and council approval, whether this be a retail shop or larger project. Some examples of what we can do are:
- Colour consulting
- Finishes Boards
- Sketch Design – getting your ideas down on paper. This includes floor plan layouts, elevations, lighting, furniture and fabric selection etc
- Concept Design Documents you can use to showcase your vision and win your lease
- Documentation Drawings suitable for Planning and Building Permit Approval from Council
- Fully certified Design and Documentation Packages in 3D with Planning Approval and Building Permits suitable for handing to a builder
CONTRACT AND DOCUMENTATION SERVICES
Do you own your own design business but need someone who can document your designs and ideas?
I contract to architects and designers, providing documentation services from simple shop front elevations and leasing modification drawings to full scale BIM ready documentation for construction purposes, liaising with you to resolve any design issues as they arise. I use Revit (3D) Architecture to provide a premium product for your needs.

Kelli Trajkovski - Principal
Are you weary of trying to find someone who genuinely loves what they do and can put that passion to work for your benefit? Do you need someone with an eye for detail who can provide consistent, quality work? Are you ready to work with someone who will listen to what you are really saying?
I am a down to earth, highly dedicated and professional Interior Designer. I love my work and take pride in doing it well. I firmly believe that my creativity, resourcefulness & attention to detail provide my clients with best practice design solutions.
With previous careers in both science research and primary school teaching, I find commerical interior design is the perfect mix of creativity and logic – so I don’t feel like this is ‘work’.

RELEVANT QUALIFICATION
Adv. Dip. Interior Design: Kelli has 16 years experience in interior design across the areas of hospitality, retail, office, private & government education sectors, health, police, mining & residential design.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of science (hons): Having worked for many years as a research scientist in biology and ecology Kelli has a passion for sustainability and a desire to deliver ecologically responsible design solutions where possible and practical.
Graduate Diploma of Education (Primary): Being a full time teacher for 5 years honed Kelli’s communication and presentation skills to a fine point. She is a confident speaker, trained facilitator and excellent listener and brings all of these skills to bear when working on your behalf. Whether meeting with home owners, speaking to tradespeople on site or liaising with retail design managers and Council staff, she is in her element.
